What we do
As Principal Contractor we undertake new build, extension and refurbishment projects between £1m and £15m across Sussex and Surrey.
Our projects are in the Education, Commercial & Industrial, Affordable Residential and Community & Leisure sectors.
Our accreditations include BS EN ISO 9001 and BS EN ISO 14001, BS EN ISO 45001: 2023, Acclaim (SSIP), Constructionline Gold, NHBC and LABC.
We are CAS accredited, and OJEU-compliant Framework Contractors for Hyde Group, WESTWORKS, PAGABO, FUSION21 (YIF DPS), Procurement Assist, South East Consortium and West Sussex Contractor Framework.
We are also an approved Contractor for East Sussex, Surrey County Councils, and Brighton & Hove City Council.
Groundworks and civil engineering are all carried out in-house by our own qualified, experienced and directly employed workforce.

Our History
The company was originally based in Hove, East Sussex, at which time the majority of work undertaken was the construction of new local authority housing. As the company became established, work was secured throughout all major sectors.
In order to expand the geographical area we moved to Haywards Heath in 1983, and to our larger purpose built offices in Boltro Road in 1989. The company is financially secure with a highly competent management team and a willing and enthusiastic workforce.
As a Principal Contractor we work with consultants and clients on new build, extension and refurbishment projects in the education, commercial & industrial, residential and community & leisure Sectors.
